Course Description

This is a four unit course that explores the interrelated biology and sociology of contemporary pregnancy and childbirth.  Students will use online resources to examine the developing social and biological views surrounding pregnancy and childbirth in the 21st century.  Upon completion of this course, each student will have a portfolio of  website links and lessons to use in the classroom. A final project is due the last week of class.
